Things you should know
Payments & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the final files are delivered.
Payments are accepted via our website.
Late payments may result in project delays.
Turnaround Time & Revisions
Project timelines vary based on complexity.
Estimated turnaround times will be provided before work begins.
Each package includes a set number of revisions (typically 3 rounds).
Additional revisions are subject to an extra fee.
Communication & Collaboration
All communication will take place via email or text.
Please provide clear and timely feedback to keep the project on schedule.
File Delivery & Ownership
Final files will be provided in PNG. Please request JPEG, PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, files.
Clients receive full rights to their final approved design.
However, Mint Media retains the right to showcase completed
work in our portfolio and social platforms.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of custom design work, all deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment for the completed portion will be required.
No refunds will be issued after final files or services have been delivered.
Scope & Additional Fees
Any requests beyond the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional charges.
Expedited projects may incur a rush fee depending on the deadline.

Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
All orders must be placed through our website.

Customization & Design
Each stole is made-to-order and fully customized based on the design details you provide.
Clients must approve the final design before production.
Any changes after approval may result in additional fees.
Please ensure all spelling, colors, and details are correct before approving the final design.
Production & Turnaround Time
Standard processing time is 2 and a half weeks,
but this may vary during peak seasons. Shipping also takes 2-3 days.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee—please inquire
about availability before ordering as it is not always feasible .
Orders are completed in the order they are received.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer USPS shipping with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Mint Media is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or
stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Local pickup may be available upon request.
Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges on custom stoles.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
If there is a mistake on our end (wrong name, incorrect design, etc.),
we will correct it at no extra cost.
Care Instructions
To keep your stole looking fresh, avoid excessive heat or moisture.
If ironing is needed, use low heat with a cloth over the stole to prevent damage.
